By accessing or using the WaterLink Limited website ("Site") or our borehole drilling services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
WaterLink Limited provides professional borehole drilling, hydrogeological surveys, solar water pump installation, borehole maintenance, and related water solutions in Kenya. All services are subject to availability and site-specific conditions.
All quotes and estimates provided by WaterLink Limited are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, depth requirements, geological formations, and unforeseen circumstances encountered during drilling.
We provide itemized quotations that include hydrogeological surveys, WRA permits, drilling, casing, test pumping, and pump installation. Any additional work requested after the quote will be charged separately.
A hydrogeological survey is required before any drilling commences. While our surveys achieve a 98% success rate, no driller can guarantee water with 100% certainty. WaterLink Limited is not liable for dry boreholes where a professional survey was declined by the client.
WaterLink Limited assists clients in obtaining all necessary permits from the Water Resources Authority (WRA) and NEMA. However, final permit approval is at the discretion of these authorities. The client is responsible for providing accurate property ownership documentation.
Payment terms are as follows:
All payments are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month.
WaterLink Limited provides a 12-month warranty on all drilling workmanship and a manufacturer's warranty on pumps and equipment (typically 12-24 months depending on brand). This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaterLink Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
